SIP trunks built for serious call volume
Connect your dialer or PBX to the phone network in minutes. Clean routes, honest per-minute rates, and capacity that stretches when your campaigns do. This is the backbone we run our own call center clients on.
Inbound trunking
Bring calls from your DID numbers into your system with failover and load balancing across trunks. If one link drops, traffic moves to the next one automatically.
Outbound trunking
Dial out at scale with competitive termination rates. Present local or toll-free caller IDs on supported routes and keep answer rates healthy.
Elastic capacity
Channels flex with your traffic instead of being fixed like old copper lines. Burst high during campaign hours, scale down at night, pay for usage.
Security options
IP and username authentication per trunk, destination restrictions to stop fraud, and per-trunk call records so you can see exactly what happened and when.
Common questions
What is SIP trunking?
It replaces physical phone lines with a connection over the internet. Your PBX or dialer connects to our network, and we carry your calls to and from the public phone network with more capacity and better rates than copper ever gave you.
How many simultaneous calls can I run?
Capacity flexes with your traffic. A hot campaign can burst to hundreds of concurrent calls and drop back down after hours. You are never stuck buying fixed channels you use twice a year.
Will it work with my dialer?
Yes. We hand you SIP credentials that plug into ViciDial, ViciBox, GoAutoDial, Issabel, FreePBX or plain Asterisk. If you want us to set the carrier config for you, our team does that too.
Can I show my own caller ID?
On supported routes, yes. Most clients present a local or toll-free number they bought from us. Rules differ by country and we confirm what is allowed for your destinations before you commit.
