Questions we get

About one number for a whole country

What is the difference between national and toll-free?

National numbers charge the caller a national rate (usually the same as a local call from anywhere in the country). Toll-free numbers charge the caller nothing and bill you for the incoming call.

Can I use a national number for outbound calls?

Some countries let you present a national CLI on outbound. We tell you which regulators allow it.

Do I need a local business entity?

Not always. Some regulators require it, some do not. We check before you order.

How many concurrent calls can it handle?

As many as your PBX or dialer can accept. The number itself is not a bottleneck.

Can it point to more than one place?

Yes. Failover routes are configured in your portal. Primary to secondary to voicemail, for example.
